In the introduction, it is written "The Brahma Temple is located in the eastern embankment of the Bindusara River, on the left side road leading from Lingaraj Temple. The temple is surrounded by the Bindusagar Tank on the west in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India." On the other hand, Bindusara river is at Maharastra as per the link mentioned "Bindusara (also called Bendsura) is a small river situated in the district of Beed in Maharashtra state of India."
