Slander on a great city

Mercer Human Resources Consulting named Bangui as the second worst city out of 221 in their 2010 quality of living survey. Baghdad was the only city to be ranked lower than Bangui.
What a slanderous thing to say about a city that, from 1976 to 1979, was one of only two seats of government in the entire world to host an Empire! Bangui's status in the world was once equal to that of Tokyo! 76.6.30.229 (talk) 15:15, 15 January 2013 (UTC)

Iran was also an Empire at the time. СЛУЖБА (talk) 23:24, 24 March 2013 (UTC)
And considering that hosting an Empire, which in itself doesn't mean anything, bankrupted the CAR so much, it's no wonder it hasn't recovered yet. -Albertonian (talk) 14:37, 1 April 2013 (UTC)
Well, I don't see Mercer HRC slandering Tehran this way, either! 71.52.135.55 (talk)
