Murder[edit]

According to U.S. newspaper reports in 1861, he was to be tried for manslaughter, having tossed the captain of his personal yacht overboard for the sin of wooing Lady Alice Hill, daughter of the house. Why is there nothing here about that? --Orange Mike | Talk 21:04, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
