Kidnap for ransom[edit]

I studied the history of this article and found 2 persons who, I think deleted the kidnapping edits I did when I created it, without explaing why.

I seldom create autos and articles unless they are notable as you can view my articles created on my user page. Atienza is the leading jeweler in the Philippines. He is the only jeweler in the Philippines, where verifiable references, links, urls and citations can be the basis of a NEUTRAL wiki article.

Were it not for these links and the kidnapping for ransom, one of the most important in kidnapping history of our country, this article would be considered advertisement as candidate for deletion.

So, I went to the library of TEMPO and got the copy of the original story on this kidnapping. It was written by Rolly Carandang for Tempo *[1], and I used this link to support my submitted link since this archived article has no more existing link. So, under Wiki rules, it is verifiable.

It pains us wiki editors who had contributed a lot, that our edits would just be deleted without any reason, AND worst, by the ones secretly affected by this.

Take the case of the CIA and Vatican including Queen Beatrix who were caught and reported editing their own articles. This Atienza deleting of kidnap for ranson may perforce be considered not only vandalism but unlawful editing.

CA-G.R. CR – H.C. No. 00962[edit]

We chose not to edit with Username because of the sensitivity of this kidnapping case. http://ca.judiciary.gov.ph/ is still under construction, or maintenance, hence the URL is not available. However, the Judgment penned by Justice Miraflor PUNZALAN Castillo is verifiable upon mere telephone call from the Court of Appeals reporter office. More importantly, Atienza was kidnapped not on 2007 but on 1997 and the records of the case were returned to Br. 11 RTC Malolos and is easily verifiable vis-a-vis the Court of Appeals Final Entry of Judgment with Order of Release of Gerardo Roperez on April 2007. CA-G.R. CR – H.C. No. 00962 “PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES VS. ARMANDO PABLO, RUDY DEPAS, PABLO ANORA AND GERARDO ROPEREZ - April 19, 2007, Court of Appeals, 25-pages Judgment penned by CA Justices Mariflor Castillo, Rodrigo Cosico and Rosemarie Carandang, AFFIRMING the lower Court’s Decision with MODIFICATION. CA Reporter, Tel. No. (02) 523-4055 Br. 11, RTC, Malolos, Bulacan Tel. (044) 791-3445. Please feel free to edit our addition since Wikipedia is edited continuously.--124.106.81.48 (talk) 13:27, 21 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
