Frankenheimer, Burt Lancaster, and Richard Harris[edit]

I removed this bit from the Production section of the article since it has no source and doesn't seem especially relevant.

"In an interesting twist, one of Frankenheimer's good friends and favorite actors, Burt Lancaster died the morning of the first day of shooting, October 20, 1994. He and Frankenheimer had made several films together in the 60's and it depressed him. He was heard to say by his personal assistant "Why couldn't it have been Richard Harris?"."
