Untitled[edit]

This needs major work on it. Much of the info seems to come from a nineteenth-century work which, as far as I'm aware, is no longer taken seriously by book historians. For now I've improved the English and changed the account of the 36-line Bible to the consensus view, which is that we don't know who printed it.
