Misredirection of mandals[edit]

The term mandals links to a town by the name of Mandal in Norway. This error needs correction by an admin or someone with the right knowledge. Williamborg 04:34, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ive redirected it as best I can but the problem is there is no article about mandals as such Jameswilson 05:11, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Looks excellent to me! Williamborg 01:43, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

(1) RE "mandals" I'd suggest just not using a hyperlink for the term mandals until an article on the term is written. (2) There are a lot more than the few mandals listed here. A list can be found at the official Adilibad webpage. (3) Someone with a special interest in a particular family has edited the Tandur mandal in a way that may be inappropriate. * Infobox was really a good start. I was inclined to give it a B rating, but this article needs more substantial information. Please add more information along with references, and photographs. Cheers. -- Chez (Discuss / Email) • 00:55, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have attempted to fix the issues in this article.[edit]

It is not the pace of a Wikipedia article write to make subjective claims, such as a region-being well-connected, or the inhabitants of a region living in harmony. The word etc should not see the light of day in a Wikipedia article, and neither should vague, tourist-guide-ey things, like stating that a region has many landmarks. There is still, however, a substantial need for citations. I have also taken the liberty of adding a Refimprove template to the top of the page. --Rainythunderstorm (talk) 08:42, 4 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I'll try to work on improvements you suggested.--Vin09(talk) 10:44, 4 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Merger request[edit]

This article should be merged with the Adilabad District article.--Rainythunderstorm (talk) 11:57, 5 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It is a separate entity, both are different. In India, every district and its headquarters has its page.--Vin09(talk) 06:14, 6 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Why the "(U)" at the end of the name everywhere and on Google[edit]

What does the "(U)" mean at the end of its name when you google it? - Joaquin89uy (talk) 17:14, 1 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
