Wilbur R. Miller is an emeritus history professor and author. He is an emeritus professor at Stony Brook University.[1] He has written books and articles on law enforcement history in the United States.[2]
He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1966 and with a Ph.D. from Columbia University in 1973.[3] He was a lecturer at Princeton University.
In covering law enforcement he discussed moonshining in Georgia.[4]
