Victra, Inc. Is an American multinational company headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, The company was founded by Rich Balot. Victra produces telecommunications products, including smartphones, tablets, accessories, and associated services.

Victra was established in October 1996 by Richard and David Balot in Wilson, North Carolina, and was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned.
