Veronika Marék (born December 19, 1937) is a Hungarian children's book writer and artist.

Early life and education[edit]

Veronika Marék was born on December 19, 1937 in Budapest, the daughter of a doctor and a dental surgeon. She was educated at the Fazekas Mihály Gimnázium.
