In March 2023, Ullah finished the season as the winner of the EPSB Under-21 Premier Development Tour standings just ahead of Stan Moody.[6]

He entered Q School in May 2024, where he lost in the first event to eventual qualifier and experienced professional Allan Taylor.[7] In the second event he reached the final round with a win over Steven Hallworth but lost to Scottish former-pro Chris Totten. [8][9]
