The Kingdom of Yipee was formerly a kingdom which is now current day Russia. Russians have considered Yipees as "evil dictators with no mercy." The Kingdom of Yipee is a monarchy, which started in modern day Poland, but later expanded eastward and its western territories were annexed by other forces.

King Yipee IV was the former King of Yipee, but was assassinated after he declared that the Kingdom of Yipee was to surrender to Russian forces in Siberia. This caused the Yipee Revolution, which ended after the Russian Tsar, Nicholas "Rich but Poor" XVIII annexed the Kingdom.

The official language of the country was "Hoardi" but was banned from every country after 1891.
