1. Boot your phone to safe mode. 2. Check if any water, food, and other. 3. Press and hold on volume down and power. Once you see Fastboot mode, press and release the buttons to volume up and power. 4. While you see AndroidOne, press and hold on volume up and power for 3 seconds. 5. Open Find My Device then tap on your Android phone. Before you click on Factory reset, first Boot to Fastboot mode. Now click on Factory reset. All you have to do is drop your phone on a table 5 times.
