Grant Gilbert is a Texas born American Country Music singer and songwriter. Gilbert grew up in Santo, Texas and started playing the guitar when he was just a kid, inspired by his grandparents love for Texas swing and fiddle.[1] He began to play at a local taco shop as a teenager and started making a name for himself in the bar scene when he moved to Lubbock, to attend Texas Tech for college.[2]Josh Abbott, began to notice Grant Gilbert, and soon after, he released his first EP, "Loud & Clear".[3]Gilbert soon gained notoriety from playing with Abbott and moved to Nashville in 2019, where he began writing and working with other Nashville singer-songwriters. In March of 2021, he released his second EP "Trouble Like Us." Gilbert signed with River House Artists[4] in June of 2021, and has since then released a number of successful singles including, "She goes home (Dirty Breakup Song)"[5] and "Six Pack State of Mind" featuring the Josh Abbott Band.[6] His first studio album "Between the Highways" was released on October 20, 2023.[7]
