Fatherland is upcoming film adaptation the 1992 novel of the same title by Robert Harris. It is set to directed by Dennis Gansel and to star Luke Evans.

Synopsis[edit]

Alternate history film in which World War Two is won by the Nazis who remain in power across Europe.

Production[edit]

Filmmaker Dennis Gansel has been working on the adaptation since 2012.[1] The screenplay for the Ufa Fiction production has been written by Matthias Pacht with Mel Layos, G.J. Koll and Martha Hiller.[2] In February 2024, it was reported to be a Sky Original production with Kris Thykier of Archery Pictures as executive producer.[3]
