Draft:Detransitioner lawsuits
The first case of a detransitioner filing a lawsuit against those who participated in their medical transition was Bell v Tavistock in 2020. Several other cases followed in the years after. Medical malpractice is the most common charge.

The first law firm focused solely on representing detransitioner, Campbell Miller Payne, opened in Dallas, Texas in April 2023.[22]
