Carter Pinnington (born 21 February 2007) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for Liverpool.[1]
Career[edit]
Born on the Wirral and from Bebington, Pinnington joined Liverpool at U7 level.[2] He made his debut for the Liverpool's U18 side during the 2022/23 season and signed a scholarship contract with the club’s academy in July 2023.[3]
He made his debut for Liverpool in the EFL Trophy during the 2023-2024 season whilst 16 years-old, playing as a centre-back.[4][5] In March 2024, he trained with the Liverpool first team and was added to the first team squad for the UEFA Europa League match against Sparta Prague on 14 March 2024.
International career[edit]
He has played for England at U15 and U16 level.[6]
