Dilpreet Singh Bajwa (born 01 April 2001) is an India-born Canadian cricketer. He plays for the Canada as an allrounder.[1]

Early life[edit]

He was born at Gurdaspur, Punjab in India.[2] He completed his education at Guru Arjun Dev Senior Secondary School in Dhariwal.[2] His father, Harpreet Singh, was employed in the Agriculture Department, while his mother, Harleen Kaur, served as a government teacher.[3] They immigrate to Canada in 2020 due to rejection of selection to the state team.[4] In 2023 he played Global T20 Canada for Montreal Tigers.[3]

Internation career[edit]

In September 2023, he was earned maiden call-up for national team for the 2023 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Americas Qualifier.[5] He made his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut on 30 September 2023, for Canada against Bermuda.[6] In February 2024, he was named in ODI squad for the series against Nepal.[7] He made his One Day International (ODI) debut on 10 February 2024, against Nepal.[8]

In May 2024, He was named in Canada's squad for the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup.[9]
