I'm wondering if anyone has any information on when this award was given. Was it a Soviet-era only award, named "People's Artist of the Georgian SSR", or has it also been used by independent Georgia, named "People's Artist of Georgia"? Good Ol’factory ^(talk) 22:28, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
