I would like to use the image at <http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=File_talk:Pol_Cment_MC.jpg&action=edit&redlink=1> on my website <http://www.milhist.net/> with proper attribution to the copyright holder.

However, the notice on your file identifies the person or organization only as 'I', thus: "I, the copyright holder of this work, hereby publish it under the following licenses: ..."

How should I phrase the attribution?
