"Unarmed" demonstrators

In the photograph we see that no guns were held by the people fleeing for their lifes. That fact is stated in the explanation. Concerning the issue of wheather *any* guns had existed in the demo, there are no historic records about any wounded soldiers (british or greek), and Woodstock (the british high-commander of Greece at the time) was the only credible participant supporting something like this.

Yet that issue is distinct, and although related with the content of this photo, should not afflict on its description or rational of being excluded by copyright-protection.
