Русский: Флаг муниципального района «Дзун-Хемчикский кожуун» Республики Тыва, Россия

Цвет флага — голубовато-синий. Этот цвет с древнейших времен у кочевников-скотоводов символ бескрайнего неба («Дээр-Ада», «Дэнгер-Дээр»), отца прародителя всего на земле. На флаге Дзун-Хемчикского кожууна этот цвет символизирует стремление к бескрайним высотам во всех направлениях деятельности, чистоту помыслов и крепость Духа.

Знаки (символы): — Огонь («очаг жизни») — символизирует теплоту, благополучие, непоколебимость и искренность народа, живущего в кожууне; — Солнце и Луна — с древних времен главные светила на небосклоне, которые дают теплоту жизни и свет, символизируя Добро. Эти символы были включены в печать хун-нояна Буян-Бадыргы, правителя Даа кожууна. Белая полоса на флаге означает открытость и чистоту души народа (арыг сеткил, ак орук). Жёлтая полоса означает исторически священные Устуу и Алдыы Хурээ, нашу религию буддизм (сарыг шажын), которая получает большое развитие и процветанье благодаря храмам и надежда, что в будущем Дзун-Хемчикский кожуун станет известен не только в России и Тыве, но и всему миру и станет центром Буддизма.
