Description
English: This Upsal safety razor has a slant that can be adjusted to three different positions. The handle is eased a couple of turns and then turned to another position and locked by screwing it tighter. According to archivingindustry.com, Upsal was brand of Voos & Essers KG, based in Solingen, Germany and active between 1932 and 1939.
