Earwig's Copyvio Detector comes in at 22.5% as violation unlikely. Common phrases like "National Register of Historic Places," "Pomeroy Avenue and Benton Street," "city of Santa Clara," and "Community Planning and Development" are being flagged as the same in the article as in the source.
